The correct replacement motor for your application comes from Ventline:

- Replacement 12V DC Motor for Ventline, Ventadome, and Vanair Fans # BVD0218-00

We've been able to confirm this with Ventline in the past.

Kris, we do have just the handle for your Ventline Vanair #VP-543SP - you'll just need the Replacement Handle with Screws for Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent #BVA0207-05
