Is this still necessary if I have wired in power from my motorhome? RM-156-25

Yes, you will still need the charge line # RM-156-25 on the vehicle side in order for the charge coming from the motorhome to run to your battery. This kit would be the only wire that runs from the battery over to the 6-pole socket to accept the charge from the motorhome.
