The brake mounting flange on the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop E-Z Lube Spindles # 7685269 has mounting holes that are 2-7/8" apart on center (see attached).

We do indeed, the #BP10-060 brake adjuster for 10 or 12 inch hydraulic brake assemblies fits Dexter, Demco and Dico 10" Hydraulic trailer brake assemblies, so it would work great for you. If you also need a new adjuster spring, use #046-083-01

You measured the drop correctly. It would be from the center of the axle to the center of the spindle. That dimension would be the drop. See picture I attached.
