I would be happy to help!
Since your brake assembly is stamped K23-462-00 you will want to go with the Dexter Electric Brake Assembly for 4.4K Axles # K23-462-00 and you can confirm that this is the correct assembly and not just an incorrect sticker by measuring the 4 bolt pattern of the brake assembly.
This brake assembly has a 4 bolt pattern that measures 2-7/8" between the center of the upper bolts, 3-1/4" between the centers of the lower two bolts, and 3" between the upper and lower bolts as shown in the included diagram.
The # 23-454 you were looking at has a completely different bolt pattern which is 2-13/16" as shown in the included diagram.
