Can this cargo bag be attached to a 2018 cargo rack i.e., 2 cross braces?

The Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag part # RRLB250 is designed to attach to a cargo basket. If you're looking for a cargo bag which can be attached directly to the roof rack crossbars, this won't work but we do have other options for you that will like the Thule Outbound Rooftop Cargo Bag part # TH868 which is what I recommend.
