I’m replacing a Dometic. Is the Furrion compatible with my existing thermostat and wiring? What is the part number for a black model?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can replace your Dometic rooftop AC unit (condenser unit) with a Furrion one and still be able to use your existing thermostat and wiring. You just may need an adapter # ACCOLKIT to go from the wiring harness on the Furrion unit to the controller for the Dometic system if it has a 9-pin connector (pictured below). I've attached a short video below showing you the wiring harness and adapter and how to use it.
For a black shroud you can use part # FR76PR for the 13,500btu unit, and part # FR86PR for a 15,000btu unit.
