Hi Can you tell me what product would replace an existing Duo Therm AC unit , model # 80611342 for a 2003 Coachmen Somerset 5th Wheel?

Your Dometic model number 80611342 came back as a 13,500BTU unit so the only other information we'll need to know is the what style connector your unit has. Dometic units will either come with a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). The units we currently offer only come with a 6-pin connector so you'll need an adapter if your current unit had a 9-pin. To find this you'll need to remove the cover of your air distribution box and find the wire harness that hangs down from the rooftop unit and plugs into the controller. Some times Dometic does mount these up in the rooftop unit so you may have to remove the shroud of the unit as well.

If you have a 6-pin connector then I recommend the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner Unit for Furrion Setup - 13,500 Btu - White # FR26PR. If you have a 9-pin connector then you'll need part # FR82PV instead to get the wire harness adapter. These can also be purchased with a black shroud if that matches your trailer better, 6-pin # FR76PR and 9-pin # FR62PV.

@RC Hey there RC. My apologies for the delay in getting an answer. I recommend the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - Black - R32 # FR65TD, or for white # FR83TD. This set-up will come with a 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner, thermostat, and air distribution box. Not sure if you want to do the install yourself or not, I did attach a link to our dealer locator if you want to see if someone local can do the install, you will need to reach out to them to see how much they will charge. 79 years young, I must know, where was your most favorite camping adventure with the most breathtaking views?
