I have a 8.5 x 16’ 9’ high trailer, currently has a 15000 btu a/c. Unit is dark blue outside, inside max cooling to about 10-15 degrees below out side temperatures

If you're wanting a higher capacity air conditioner for your concession trailer, a 15K unit like the:
-Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup # FR86PR is the largest size offered in the industry.
Your best bet is to add an additional air conditioner Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Start Capacitor # ACM150C.
This will double the amount of air conditioning you receive to your trailer, and will help a lot with keeping your trailer cool.
