How Does Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit Operate Taillights of 2019 Ford Edge ST

I HAVE A 2019 FORD EDGE ST THAT I WANT TO FLAT TOW BEHIND MY MOTORHOME. I ALREADY PURCHASED THE ROADMASTER BASE PLATE KIT #524460-5 AND ALREADY OWN THE OTHER ROADMASTER PARTS NEEDED TO CONNECT TO MY MOTORHOME. I AM TRYING TO DETERMINE WHICH WIRING KIT I NEED TO PERMANETLY WIRE MY CAR. MY MOTORHOME LIGHTS ARE BRAKE/TAIL LIGHTS ARE THE SAME LIGHT AND THE TURN SIGNAL IS A SEPERATE LIGHT. ON MY CAR EACH REAR LIGHT FUNCTION IS SEPERATE, TURN, BRAKE AND TAILLIGHT EACH WORK INDEPENDENTLY OF EACH OTHER. IF USING YOUR SMART DIODE WIRING KIT #153789 THAT I SEE ONLINE WILL THAT THEN CHANGE THE WAY MY CARS REAR LIGHTS WORK WHILE I AM TOWING IT BEHIND THE MOTORHOME? FOR EXAMPLE WILL IT BE LIKE MY MOTORHOME WHERE THE TURN SIGNALS ARE SPERATE BUT THE BRAKE AND TAILLIGHTS WILL BE THE SAME LIGHT?

Yes you are exactly right on how the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit part # RO44FR will work on your 2019 Ford Edge ST. It will function the taillights of your 2019 Ford Edge like a combined setup where the stoplight and turn signal will be on the same bulb. This is by far the simplest and easiest way to wire up your vehicle and since it's just as functional as a separate setup I like it the most and would be what I would personally do if I were you.
