The Aries Grille Guard # AA5058 is only a confirmed fit for a 1500 series Ram pickup. This would use the Replacement Hardware Kit # AABRKT-5058. The Aries Grille Guard # AA5056 is the correct model for your 2012 Ram 2500 and would require the Replacement Hardware Kit # AABRKT-5056.

The Replacement Hardware Kit # AABRKT-4065 you found is for a Grille Guard # AA4065 on Chevrolet SUV's.

The Replacement Hardware Kit #AABRKT-5056 will fit the Aries Pro Series Grille Guard #AAP5056. This is the upgraded version of the Grille Guard #AA5056 which uses the same install hardware to attach to a truck.
