Question:
I AM WONDERING IF THESE WOULD HELP THE RIGHT SIDE SAG ON MY TRUCK MOSTLY WHEN IT HAS NO LOAD. DID NOT START NOTICING THE SAG TILL AFTER I PULLED MY TRAILER WITH TWO BIKES IN IT. THE TRUCK IS A 2012 GMC SIERRA EXT. CAB WITH A 66inch BOX.

If it is sagging now without a load in the bed or towing the trailer then there is something else wrong that will need to be checked out by a GM dealer or trusted mechanic. Suspension enhancement like air bags or Timbren springs # TGMRCK25D, are meant to be used on a stock suspension that is in good working order. After the stock suspension is given the OK then you could install suspension enhancement.
If the sag happens when you have the trailer connected then the best solution is weight distribution, not suspension enhancement. You would use suspension enhancement if the sag was due to a load in the truck bed. It could help some with sag from a trailer but really the best solution is weight distribution.
If you want to explore the weight distribution options I would need to know the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the amount of weight of any cargo loaded behind the rear axle of the truck. I have included a couple of links to help articles on determining tongue weight and weight distribution for you.
