Which kit would you recommend for a 2018 3500HD for a arctic fox 865 slide in camper? Already have upper and lower stable loads and hellwig rear sway bar?

To better support the weight of your Arctic Fox 865 Camper I highly recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRCK25D. These heavy-duty Aeon hollow rubber springs will greatly increase stability on the road with that camper attached. Since they basically act as shock absorbers they (along with the other suspension components you have already added) will go a long way towards extending the life of the truck's factory suspension.
The springs themselves have an 8,600 pound weight capacity and the included custom brackets are confirmed to fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500HD. They will simply replace the stock bump stops for a simple installation and a maintenance-free system thereafter.
