I want to carry a kayak on my 2019 F 150 with 5.5 ft bed and Undercover tonneau cover.

If you want to carry a kayak over the bed, which I assume is what you want as you mentioned the tonneau cover, you need to make sure the stake pockets are free and not blocked by the cover (the forward most pocket needs to be cut out). If so, you can add the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System part # TH75FR and then go with something like the Telescoping Rack for TruXedo Elevate Rack System part # TX84NV and Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Roof Rack part # MPG1001.

If you want to carry the kayak over the vehicle roof you'd just need a roof rack like the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs part # RR29XR and then the Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Roof Rack.
