At What Temperature Will The JR Product Tank Heater Turn On and Off?

If it turns on automatically, does it turn off automatically? If so, at what temp?

I reached out to JR Products and the RV Holding Tank Heater # 372HTH-A will turn off when the area reaches 39 degrees Fahrenheit. So it will only heat the tank when the temperature drops below 34 degrees and will shut off once the temperature reaches 39 degrees.
