Expert Reply:
To switch your 10,000lb Hudson trailer to use more standard wheels and tires you will need to replace your axles. The spindle size used on your current axles is only going to allow for the Mobile Home style wheels and tires since the hub is specific to these axles. You will need to measure your axle from hub face to hub face to determine the correct width axle you will need. Here is a list of 5,200lb axle which include electric brakes and have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. If these do not match your dimensions you may need to order custom axles.
86-1/2" Trailer Axle # 8327816-EB
89" Trailer Axle # e75SR
95" Trailer Axle # e55SR
