I want to confirm that this bolts into existing holes in the frame/chassis and will not require any drilling. We have 2023 BMWX4.

The Stealth Hitch you're referring to (listed below) installs directly to existing holes in the frame of a BMW X4, yes. You won't need to do any drilling but the gravel shield under the back of the car (which is different than fascia) will need to be trimmed for this hitch to fit.

Please note that as of now (March 2023) there aren't any confirmed hitch fits for your 2023 BMW X4. The hitches mentioned above will fit a 2022 BMW X4 so it may fit your 2023 model since they are the same generation, but we are still waiting for manufacturers to confirm this.
