We do have a gooseneck hitch for your 2023 Ford F-150 Hybrid. I spoke with my contact at B&W and confirmed that the # BW77FR fits the 2023 model, including the hybrid.
In addition to the hitch you will also need the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C57008. This plugs in-line with your factory 7-way and will provide you with a connector in your bed to hookup your trailer wiring.
