Will the BW77FR fit a 2023 Ford F-150 platinum v6 without drilling - other than the ball hole and the safety latch holes? Thank you.

The only drilling you will need to perform on your 2023 Ford F-150 to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW77FR is the 4" hole for the ball and the four 1/2" holes for the safety chain hooks. You will not need to drill into your frame to attach the side plates.
I recommend installing the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C57008 when you install the gooseneck hitch. This will allow you to plug in the connector inside your bed rather than running over the tailgate down to the bumper 7-way connection.
