2 inch hitches are the most common hitch size. Especially on larger SUVs like your Chevy Tahoe. To be certain you could measure the opening of the hitch. I attached an FAQ article on hitch sizes for you to check out also.
If you have a hitch on your Chevy Tahoe I would almost guarantee you have a 2 inch opening on the hitch and that the etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874 that you referenced would work for you.

Yes for sure your Chevy Tahoe has a 2 inch hitch. I have a Chevy Tahoe and that is the size I have on mine.
