Since you said you are looking for the screen assembly with circuit board that sounds like you are looking for one of the Fan-Tastic Roof Vent Upgrade Kits like the part # FV807359 which is basically the screen assembly, the base, and the circuit board that would fit into the frame of the old Fan-Tastic roof vent assembly.
