Can Bearing Buddy Grease Seal Sets Be Used With BTR EZ Lube Spindles?

Can I use Bearing Buddy spindle seal with stainless ring on an EZ-Lube spindle? Seams like if I pump grease through the Zerk fitting in the end, it will push grease outside of the seal because the stainless ring covers the hole by the seal.

Expert Reply:
Since the Bearing Buddy Grease Seal Set # BB60005 will direct grease outside the hub you will not be able to use the EZ-Lube spindle. Instead you will need to use a set of the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A-SS to fill your hubs with grease. You will need to remove the grease zerk on the end of the spindle before installing the Bearing Buddy caps.
