You should not have an issue installing a ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10245 in place of a ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1ST92. You will want to verify you do have a compatible wheel size to ensure there are no fitment issues. These particular tires will both fit a 15" wheel with a width of 5" to 6-1/2". You should be able to find your wheel size stamped inside your wheel but will most likely have to remove the wheel from the trailer to find the marking in the wheel.
