Does Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening Come with Velcro or Clip-Style Storage Straps

It says Velcro for the straps in the photo instead of the snap connectors. Are your straps then different than what is in the photo? How long are the new ones?

It looks like at one point the storage straps for the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4700 were Velcro, but Roadmaster has updated them to the part # RM-4700-2 which have elastic-type straps and clips to secure the ends together.
