Will this fit a 2022 Silverado 2500 HD with a 7” factory screen?

The Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 7" Factory Monitor # 3460011 you mention will not fit a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, this product is designed to work with the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.
Currently there are no backup cameras that are compatible with your OEM screen in your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.
Instead, you'd need to install a different system with its own included screen, like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ 3 LED Marker Light Cameras # FR98NR.
This camera system includes a 7" full-color LCD touch screen that will allow you to monitor up to 4 camera feeds simultaneously.
Additionally, this camera has 8 Infrared LED lights that surround the camera lens to provide night-time vision up to 16', has a 120° viewing angle, and has a motion detection feature that will trigger the monitor to power on.
