  Hey Kyle, this is a great question but the difference is the bolt length for the ones that connect to the hangers because the Correct Track brackets add thickness. You can see the difference in the two pictures I attached. Note how much more bolt is on either side of the bushing on the black bolt which is the kit for the Correct Track part # MR38ZR.

Since the springs on your 2012 Dutchman Voltage 3950 are likely sagging over the years of use you will want to measure the length of your spring from the center of the eye to the pin in the center of the leaf spring along the radius.
