Factory shackles tend to wear fast after thousands of miles or rough backroads. This upgrade kit replaces them with 1/2" thick steel shackle straps that are twice as strong as most stock parts. The extra thickness keeps the holes from elongating and helps your suspension stay tight and steady through heavy use.
Dry bolts and worn bushings can make maintenance a chore. The kit’s wet bolts—twelve for the springs and ten for the equalizers—come with built-in grease fittings, so keeping everything lubricated is quick and simple. Regular greasing extends the life of the hardware and keeps the suspension moving quietly and smoothly.
Plastic bushings wear down fast, especially under load. The included 22 bronze bushings are tougher and last longer, helping to eliminate squeaks and looseness. They work with the wet bolts to keep a consistent, well-lubricated fit between the spring eyes and equalizer bolt holes.
No more mixing parts or hunting for extras. This complete kit includes 12 shackle straps, 22 locknuts, all wet bolts, and bronze bushings sized to match. The shackle strap length measures 2-1/4" center-to-center with 9/16" bolt holes, and the wet bolts measure 9/16" in diameter by 3-3/8" or 2-7/8" long. The bushings are 11/16" outer diameter, 9/16" inner diameter, and 1-3/4" long—everything sized right for a clean, solid install.

The product I ordered was missing two bolts. Luckily I had two bolts in stock that worked. It also took along time to get the parts hear. The delivery date kept changing. The customer wasn't happy that it took so long for the parts to arrive to fix his trailer.

Long wait time only to receive 1 shackle set. Rest lost. Now another 2 week wait for inventory restock and then ship again. At least this time they are saying they will repackage for shipping and use expedited shipping. We will see what happens.
I’m giving a two stars, the product is fine, and is no reflection on etrailer this a premade out package form MORryde, I ordered the TRIPLE axel unit, I did receive that, but the instructions are for a TANDEM axel, I’m very mechanical so I will know how do this upgrade, you my want to discuss this with them I will be. The shackles are quality, what I expected. The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service. When the package arrived it was destroyed. Talked to customer service, they quickly shipped me the missing parts.
Due to supply chain issues the items took over 8 months to get. However, when they finally came in and were delivered everything was present and the installation went very well. Great follow up by the staff at etrailer.

Heavy duty upgrade, all trailers should have this kit from the factory. If you are able to use hand tools, you should have no problems installing this kit.
So far do good. I like the greasable fittings with the brass bushings. My original shackeles wore out in about 10000 miles. The mooryde are much more robust.
I have a tri axle with correct track but I needed 8 sets of shackle straps instead of 6 like this kit offered. Had to use two old straps to get the trailer going for the weekend.
Good quality! Was not enough bolts and shackles for a triple axle trailer as advertised.

A year after install, bronze bushings worn out. 10k miles on them. The shoulder bolts held up. The nuts are very cheap quality not strong enough for hwy use, had to replace 6 during install. Bummer they dont supply enough fasteners for the kit as advertised.
Ordered from etrailer. Recieved when promised.Tackled the job removing old week bolts and shackles and then beating and some drilling removed the wore out cheep plastic bushings that definitely needed replaced.Very happy with quality of parts. Overall 2018 Cyclone 4005 triple axle rig is not creeking and popping anymore. I can feel the difference. Can't believe the money we pay for these RV's, and they cheep out on one of the most important things. Thanks Moride for a awesome product.
Purchased this and the rest of the suspension parts for my Momentum 376TH. I was having tire wear issues and found my bushings and equalizers were worn out. I replaced everything including the springs all from etrailer. Nicely packaged and prompt shipping. Did all the work myself. Several hundred miles so far and tire wear looks good.
