Will Saddle Style Carriers Work with 2 Kayaks on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler

Question:

I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and I want to get the best setup for carrying 2 kayaks. Each kayak is 10ft x 30inch wide and weighs 50 lbs. I have a hard top on the jeep. Id prefer a saddle style rack, but am open to other ideas.

I do have an option for you but saddle style carriers are really only good for one kayak on most vehicles since they require a lot of crossbars space which isn't always there. The recommended crossbar size for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Hard Top from most roof rack manufacturers is around 60" which wouldn't work for two kayaks with saddle style carriers when you factor in the saddles themselves and having a bit of space so they don't rub each other.

I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System composed of part # TH711520 and part # TH65BJ which is an aero crossbar system that mounts to the rain gutters for an easy install and custom like fit.
