Question:

Hi, Im planning to install Firestone #F2598 airbags on 2021 Ram 2500 not a Power Wagon. The truck is stock height. Will the suspension be able to fully droop at 5 lbs. of pressure and maintain the factory ride quality? Also, is it safe to jack the truck up from the frame for tire rotations, shock replacement, etc? I really want to maintain the factory ride and suspension travel. Thanks for the help!

The word from Firestone is that when their air bag kits, like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2598 for your 2021 Ram 2500, are set to 5 psi then then your suspension will act as normal and there won't be any "help" from the air bags so your truck ride will be normal.

Yes, if you jack your truck up by the frame, like you would to change a tire, that will be perfectly safe for the air bags as well. You would just want to avoid extreme cases.
