I currently have a Bandw turn over ball with a bandw companion slider fifth wheel. I got a new long bed truck and no longer need a slider. Is there something I can replace the slider with something that doesn’t break my back taking it in and out of the bed.

The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3400 can be converted into the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 with one part, the Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVB3500. The fixed base is still heavy but it will be much easier to get in and out of the truck bed than the slider.
