does anyone make a 5th wheel to gooseneck conversion with an offset for 6.4 Ram bed? I would like to buy 1 part without having to get an offset mount for my bed puc system.

Hey Greg, welcome back! The only single part solution would be the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset # CAB-C5GX1216. This bolts or welds onto your king pin and allows you to use your gooseneck hitch on the truck. It has an adjustable height from 12"–16" and a built-in 7-1/2" offset.
If you're wanting to use a gooseneck pin box like the Gen-Y Nomad # GY38FR or MORryde GooseTech # MR47MV the only solution is going to be an offset ball like the Gen-Y # GY83XR. These pin boxes are designed around the original pin box geometry so there is no additional offset or extension available for clearance. I will say, these are a much better option than an adapter like the Convert-A-Ball.
If you would like to go that route and replace the pin box I would be happy to help you find the right one. You will need to know the GVWR of your trailer and the bolt pattern of the pin box. The best way to find the bolt pattern is with the S/N off of the pin box sticker, I can use that to identify it through Lippert if you add that information below.
