Will the Curt C22UB work with a 2026 Alliance Avenue 25RL fifth wheel? See attached photos.

Hey there Ron,

Yes, based on your photos the Curt Helux # C22UB would be the correct replacement for the Rota-Flex on your 2026 Alliance Avenue 25RL. Your Rota-Flex uses the Lippert Rhino bolt pattern, which is exactly what the # C22UB is designed to replace.

The only thing I’d verify is your actual loaded pin weight. The # C22UB is designed for 1,350 to 2,350 lbs of pin weight, and your Avenue has a listed dry hitch weight of 1,350 lbs, so you should fall within that range once loaded, but I’d still recommend confirming it before ordering. Main thing is to just make sure you don't have a ton of weight on the front end to push it over that limit. The gross towing weight limit is 20,00lbs which is well over the weight of your trailer, so no worries there.

I think you'll really like the way the Helux feels on your truck and trailer. With the built-in coil spring, you'll get a much smoother towing experience.

Thanks for the info Andrew. Would you recommend going to the next higher weight range? I can’t weigh the trailer prior to installation as it is a brand new trailer and i don’t have a 5th wheel hitch for my truck.

@RonH I don't think you'll need more weight capacity to be honest. That should give you plenty of tongue weight and max weight for your setup. The max is 2,350lbs and according to my research, your trailer loaded should be around the 1,350 lbs mark which would be ideal for this Helux.
