will this harness work with a 2022 tiguan sel r-line with 360foot cameras, side assist and park assist? will it set off the warnings when a trailer is connected?

It draws power directly from your VW's battery so it doesn't compromise the factory wiring but rather just captures signal.

We haven't received any complaints or warnings about the wiring harnesses setting off any sensors when a trailer is connected. I recommend checking your owner's manual and seeing what recommendations VW may have for towing. I have linked an installation video below.
