Basically they are both very similar versions of the Pace Edwards Full Metal JackRabbit # PE56QJ and # 311-M-FMFA19A45 but the part # 311-M-FMFA19A45 fits 2017 to 2020 Ford Super Duty long beds and the # PE56QJ fits 2017 to 2022 of the same truck. So how this happened is they had to redesign a new cover for trucks newer than 2020 by changing cannister dimensions but they found that it also fits the older trucks as well.
