Somewhat, though axle stabilizers are really not something used much anymore; for example, there are none that fit your 2022 Georgetown GT5 34M on the Ford F-53 chassis. Axle stabilizers help (somewhat) with keeping side-to-side movement at bay, but only after it started.

The steering stabilizer for your motorhome is going to proactively prevent movement with its spring to keep your steering centered - and much easier to control - at all times. A steering stabilizer is a much better overall option for motorhomes, and I verified with Roadmaster the correct fit for your 2022 Georgetown GT5 34M is the following part number:
