Troubleshooting A Furrion Tankless Water Heater That Is Displaying An E5 Error Code

Question:

I have a 2023 brand new unit that showing it E5 error code and no one seems to know how to fix it I made sure there was no obstructions in the exhaust no water no airflow problems

Expert Reply:

I spoke with Furrion in regards to your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR, and they recommend that you attempt to blow into the tube (pictured below) to potentially clear any stoppage that could be causing this issue.

You are going to need to remove the pressure switch and disconnect the tubing to do this.

Let me know if after doing this and you're still getting the E5 error code and we can continue to troubleshoot.

Hello my water heater is giving me e5 code , I blew out what you recommended and it still pops up . We just had a big rain storm but I never had a problem with it before , any suggestions? . Thank you

@DV Hey DV, I'm honestly not really sure. I'd personally just get ahold of someone at Furrion and see if they have any suggestions or you can call a professional to come take a look at it.
