We have quite a few installation videos for your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek but sadly none for the Stealth Hitches item # 391SUCT18T. I have a better recommendation for a hitch for your Crosstrek. This one has an installation video, will offer you the same abilities, and will save you some money.
I recommend the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7365. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Crosstrek with included hardware. This hitch has a 2" x 2" receiver which is perfect for accessories or towing.
Similar to the Stealth Hitch, the EcoHitch has a removable receiver. The cross tube portion of the hitch will install behind your rear bumper trim. This means that when you are not using an accessory or towing you will not be able to tell your Crosstrek has a hitch installed.
The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7365 is made in the USA, it has a significantly easier installation method, and weighs half as much as the Stealth Hitch at 36 lbs.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118467 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
