Can you recommend a trailer hitch for a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid? I would like to have most of it to be hidden or semi-hidden if possible. This will be used to carry bikes mostly. Thank you.

Yes. You could also use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13382. It will mount behind the bumper for a concealed installation, but the receiver does not remove and will still protrude a little bit. You might experience a slight reduction in ground clearance when backing out of driveways with bigger dips, but nothing too significant.
