The Curt trailer wiring kit part # C57ER that you referenced that fits your 2022 Toyota Venza does not relocate the sensor for the hands free liftgate of your vehicle. We do not offer kits like this for any vehicles but with a hitch installed on your vehicle like the Curt # C89UR you'd just need to kick to either side of the hitch to activate the liftgate.
