Good question; I reached out to RoadActive regarding the difference between the two kits for your 2011 Ford F-250, and there is indeed a difference. The part intended for trucks with an overload spring includes spacers needed for the installation after removal of the overload spring. So here is what you'll need, depending on if you have the overload spring or not:

- WITHOUT Overload Spring: RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty # RAS3611-SHD

- WITH Overload Spring: RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty # RAS3611-SLHD

Technically the # RAS3611-SLHD will work either, as the only difference is the spacer so if you don't have an overload spring, you just wouldn't use the spacer.

Apart from that, these two kits are 100 percent the same, and really the best choice for suspension enhancement on your truck as they continually reinforce your original leaf spring suspension when you are towing or even have a heavy load in your truck bed. The RAS kit will actively counteract the normal flattening of your springs, helping remove sag for a vast improvement in traction and handling.
