Replacement Thule Speedlink for Thule SnowPack Extender

Hi! I have a 2017 Toyota 4runner SR5 with Toyota cross bars. I have lost the mounting kit to my Thule SnowPack Extender racks and am hoping to find a replacement instead of buying new ski racks or having to buy Thule cross bars. I am seeing that the 7521241001 is 13mm and 7521241002 is 20mm but I am unsure which one to get and what to measure to know the difference?

I checked with Thule and for your Thule SnowPack Extender part # TH7326B the correct replacement Speedlink is the part # 7521241001 which is the 13 mm assembly.
