Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement 20 millimeter SpeedLink mounting hardware assembly for the Thule SnowPack ski and snowboard carriers. Now, this will replace a 20 millimeter SpeedLink mounting hardware assembly on the Thule SnowPack ski and snowboard carriers. It works on the model numbers TH7324, the TH7325, or the TH7326. All three of those we do sell separately on our website.
This SpeedLink mounting system enables a nice, tool-free installation to your roof rack. It is a universal fit, so it's compatible with most roof rack crossbars, configurations, including the two Thule AeroBlade bars. If you notice on the bottom here, it has this nice, rubber coated stainless steel strap that'll tighten the mounting brackets around your crossbars with this turn of a knob right on this end. Basically, what happens, you can see this post with the threads on it, this is what'll screw into your carrier. Once that's installed into your carrier, you just take your carrier, set it on top of your crossbars.
And then just loosen the strap, run the strap under the crossbars. When it comes up around the crossbar, you just push it in there till it hooks on this other end of the bracket. And then just by tightening this knob down, that'll tighten this strap to the crossbars and keep it in place. If you also notice right here, it has an opening for the locks. If you purchase the locks, they would go in there, so you could lock it to down to there.
This is for a quantity of one mounting hardware assembly. And again, just release the strap like that. Wrap it around the crossbar, bring it up to the other end, hook it into place. And then just tighten your knob down to secure it. But that should do it for the review on the replacement 20 millimeter SpeedLink mounting hardware assembly for the Thule SnowPack ski and snowboard carriers..
Great customer service! I have Thule #726 ski rack, older model, had measured the screw (13mm) but did not account for the grove at the bottom of the rack where the original mounts fit...so screw was not long enough. William helped me exchange it for the 20 mm and all is good! THANK YOU!!!! These mounts are much easier to take on and off the bars!
