Let's take a look together at a Replacement Square-Head Bolt for your Thule Flat-Top Ski and Snowboard Carriers, specifically a six millimeter by 13 millimeter. Now, folks, again, this is going to work with the Flat-Top Thule Ski and Snowboard Carrier, and those are the ones that hold six skis or four boards, item number TH92725, sold separately, and it's gonna require a round nut to match up to it. If you don't have one, that's also sold separately, and that's item number 853-5439, and I'll put those item numbers on the screen for you. And again, those are sold separately.

So, again, you're gonna get quantity one, one replacement T-bolt direct from Thule so you can be sure it works with those item numbers I just put up on the screen. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.

Needed this to adapt a Rocky Mounts Driveshaft rack from my old truck to the new one. These fit perfectly in the channel on the 2019 Ram's 'sport utility bar', which is a Thule 393. A little less bolt length than I needed to use the wing knobs, your install needs may vary.

Works as described. Slides right into the channel in the Thule Aeroblade. Line it up and tighten (using round nut) to your Flattop Ski rack for the low profile European look. Or attach it to the clamps.

Thule recently redesigned all of the TracRac ladder racks so as long as your TracRac TracONE says "Thule" in front of it (physically on the bar) then the Replacement Square Head Bolt # 853208904 will fit the T-Slot and the Round Nut # 853-5439 is what you are looking for. I am not sure if the Thule Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier will fit though as these crossbars have a slightly different design than the aero bars that Thule makes for a standard roof rack. Hey Alan, it sounds like you are looking for a T-bolt that could fit the top channels of the Yakima Jetstream Crossbars. For that you could use the Thule part # 853208904 but in general most roof rack accessories that can install in top channels come with this hardware and it is not required to get it on it's own.

You can actually save a lot of time and avoid drilling by using the Thule XAdapter, part # XADAPT2 to replace your FlatTop's mounting hardware. This is sized to the Volkswagen's OEM crossbars and will let you make a quick swap to a flush mount.

The Thule square head bolts including # 853208904 are also 3/4 inches square. Some play is to be expected but as long as the bolts cannot pull out of the crossbar channel when tightened they should work fine.
