The best hitch for your 2023 Honda Odyssey is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e98855. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware.
I really like the etrailer hitch because it has a matte black powder coat finish which offers superior rust protection and does a better job of blending in beneath your van. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118781 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
