We have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring with hitch #75217. We have a 187 lbs. mobility scooter. The instruction manual for the cargo carrier 18112 says that you need a properly rated hitch riser if the receiver hitch is less than 12inch from the ground. We have 10inch from the ground. Could you please let us know which hitch riser we need?

What you could use to raise up the Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier part # FHG77ZR that you have is the Curt Multipurpose ball mount # D210 which will give you additional vertical height and would be rated for the weight of your scooter and the carrier.
