Yes, we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98DR for your 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. This will give you a 2" receiver for your Hyundai allowing you a large selection of hitch mounted accessories and ball mounts.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK75VR when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which will fit most small trailers you may tow and will allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed in the event you have a hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack which impairs the view of your tail lights to other drivers on the road.
