How do you raise both rear and center Jacks at same time to raise fifth wheel rv to raise enough to change wheel?

The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 allows you raise and lower the left or right side jacks by selecting them on the control panel. This will raise and lower all the jacks on that side as there is not an option to only control the rear and center jacks. I have linked the instructions below which will cover how to operate the control panel.
