Question:

Will the Base Plate Item # 2265 Fit a 2020 Honda Civic Sedan or just the Hatchback. The The Information just below the confirmation states Hatchback - Sport with Manual Transmission. Thanks in advance for your response.

In regards to a 2020 Honda Civic Sedan, only the manual transmission models can be flat-towed with all four wheels down. The automatic transmission models must be towed on a tow dolly with the front wheels off the ground. If you would like further clarification on this please see the owner's manual. If you have a manual transmission you can use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX2265 or the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM33FR which is what I recommend but if you have an automatic transmission you will have to use the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly part # DM9713045 or one like it.

I have also attached for you below a list of other parts you'll need to flat tow a model with manual transmission, if you have an automatic transmission then all you'll need is the tow dolly.
