Yes, it is okay to use the polyester replacement Demco tie-down straps. It is a polyester webbing, which is a very common material for straps because unlike nylon webbing, for example, it does not stretch or absorb water, making it really good for outdoor use, like on a dolly.
There are three options for replacement Demco tow dolly tie-down straps, based on the length of the strap, measured from the end of the J-hook to the closest edge of the first cross-strap
