Question:

Our leveling system for our 2016 Sanibel 3551 continues to beep and jacks won’t move. Tried all of the troubleshooting steps mentioned and even ordered a new controller.

After replacing the control module for your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 with the part # LC304136 are you still getting a green screen on the touchpad?

The jacks not moving at all means you have a wiring issue (bad ground or bad/broken connection somewhere), the touchpad isn't relaying the information, or the jacks are all messed up. I recommend checking all of your wiring (not just what is connected to the control module) looking at the connections plus the wiring itself for any places where it's pinched, damaged, or exposed.

If things still aren't working then it would be good to check the operation of the jacks themselves. There is a plug on the top of each motor you can remove and then use a 3/8" ratchet to manually move the jacks to ensure they are working. If you can confirm the jacks work manually it means the wiring is the issue somewhere along the road.

If you've checked all of this and you didn't need to change anything then I recommend taking your 2016 Prime Time Sanibel 3551 in to a trailer shop or dealer so they are physically inspect everything as well since something they've seen may not stick out as an issue to the untrained eye.

Attached is a review video and the installation instructions for you to check out.
