According to Draw-Tite their Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24931 fits all models including the Red Sport trim on your 2019 Infiniti Q50. Draw-Tite recommends using the Ball Mount # 3592 with a 1-7/8" # 19257 or 2" # C40018 hitch ball. You will be able to hold the ball mount using a Pin and Clip # F-4 or you can secure it with the trailer using the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set # 3794DAT.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56248 will provide you with a 4-way flat connector. This connector will fit most small trailer you may tow to operate the trailer lights. It can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you have a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights.
