is fitment for 2022 nissan frontier the same as 2023 nissan frontier need class3 hitch and 7 pole wiring kit

From what I'm seeing it looks like the parts that are compatible with the 2022 Frontier are also compatible with a 2023 Nissan Frontier. So for your application I recommend using the following:
Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - # 75282
T-One Vehicle Wiring - # 118266
Mounting Bracket - # PK12711U
If you don't already have a ball mount I also recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B because of it's versatility. I usually recommend securing your investment with the single lock # 34061075-D or lock kit # 34061775-D.
